| When using promotional certificates with your on-line purchase, please mail them to our administration office at 735 Iwilei Road, Suite 330 Honolulu, HI 96817.
*Special Order items pertain to the following:
1. Any non-stocking item.
2. An item not in our current catalog.
3. An item backordered by the manufacturer, but still on order.
Please allow at least four weeks for delivery of “Special Order Items"
RETURNS POLICY:
Education Works stands behind every item that we sell. We are committed to having satisfied customers who not only look forward to their next shopping experience with us, but who confidently recommend Education Works to their friends. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase simply return it within 30 days for a full refund.
Merchandise returned must be in original packaging and in new and unused condition. Damaged/Defective items will be assessed on a case by case basis. Refunds/Credits will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s). Closeouts, promotional and special ordered items are not returnable. Shipping charges for returned items or merchandise under warranty are not covered by Education Works.
NEIGHBOR ISLAND RETURNS Please contact Education Works by phone (toll free 1-800-573-3822) or E-mail(info@educationworkshawaii.com) and request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Merchandise returned must be in new and unused condition. Damaged/Defective items will be assessed on a case by case basis. Refunds/Credits will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s). Closeouts, promotional and special ordered items are not returnable. The RA number must be written on the box the merchandise is returned in. Shipping charges for returned items or merchandise under warranty are not covered by Education Works.
